Broke First Day of Use But Customer Service Helped

I bought this RC truck for my son's 13th birthday. He was so excited. The excitement was short lived. Within the first 30 minutes of him driving it one of the lower left arms that keeps the wheel straight popped out of its socket. From that moment on anytime he drove the truck it popped off and wouldn't hold long enough for him to drive. I contacted Bezgar's customer service and they got back to me. Within a few days they sent a replacement piece to fix the truck. The repair was simple enough and the truck is working again.

Rocks get into motor easily

I dislike how the rocks easily get into the motor and stops it from spinning

Cool RC car, nice service!!

My 10-year-old son really liked it. He took the RCcar with him whenever he went for a walk. RC cars are nice, but the service for breakdowns is also great. The support team was very friendly and the response was very fast. I got the best service for the breakdown.

Well worth the money

I purchased this for my son in april and it's still going strong. The battery last a good time. It has no problems in grass or off road.
