disappointed it doesn't move in the grass it only spins out. It works great on roads though

Bought this RC car for my son's birthday. However it stopped turning after one day of use. Reached out to Bezgar support and they offered a free replacement.

The battery has very short life. But the extra one helps to keep playing non stop.

Very fast and powerful

This is such a cool RC car! High quality and durable. It comes with 2 battery packs so you can charge one while you play with the other in use. And if you have any issues customer service is a huge help. My 3 year old boy and 5 and 8 year old girls all enjoy it.

We had to return the 1st one we bought (different one all together) that did not last 24 hours.This one cost more but well worth the money. He loves it and it is still going strong after 2 weeks.

I bought two of these RC cars for my grandchildren. One of them worked fine and one of them did not. I called the customer service number for Bezgar provided in the box with the product. The agent was friendly and professional and expressed his concern for the car not working properly. He gave me the email address for requesting assistance. Once I submitted my information, another customer service agent responded promptly, also very friendly and professional. The company wanted to understand the problem with the car, and when I submitted a short video demonstrating the problem, they sent me another car immediately and did not want the problematic car returned. I received the new car 6 days after I first submitted my concern. I'm rating a 4 star instead of 5 because my grandson was so disappointed that his car did not work. But these things happen, and Bezgar certainly made it right without delay. I will buy their products again. They have the right attitude toward customer service!

My son received this as a gift, and about 9 mo the later, the batteries stopped charging. We figured out the charging cord was faulty, and contacted customer support. With proof of order, Shirley from customer support sent us a new cord, which remedied the issue. The car is working again and my son is thrilled.
