Never shipped

I ordered 2 of these cars for my grandchildren. I ordered them on March 15th and now it is March 27th and they still have not been shipped. I tried to contact them through email on March 21st and have still not received an answer. I may need to get with my bank and try to get my money back. Hoping this will get their attention and get back in touch with me.

The best RC

My son has good amount of RC cars, tracks, boats, airplanes. According to him, this is the best RC that does not break. I agree, it has not broken.

Do your maintenance

This RC vehicle is a fantastic buy Runs very fast, lights are operational , climbs steep grades, waterproof vehicle. Make sure after each run battery gets full charge and you check each wheel for tightness. Clean after each use also for longevity of the vehicle. Great buy

Great entry level RC truck at a similar price point to other "toy" options, but much higher quality.

Fun little RC truck. My 3year old daughter likes to chase it around the yard. It looks to be well made for the price, with replaceable components if something does break. Certainly not the same quality as a $200+ car, but a great entry level option at a similar price point to other "toy" options. Love the fact that I was able to get 2x additional batteries for free by emailing to activate the warranty within the first week after delivery! Customer service was very quick to respond to email, and the batteries arrived 2 days later!Battery life pretty good on pavement, but doesnt last that long in the grass (requiring full throttle operation with lots of drag)
