It lasted less than a week

The battery is poor and the USB charging cable stopped working after a few days. Unfortunately we bought 2 cars, same problem.

The engine stopped working after one use and now will only work in short bursts. I tried to fix it but it wouldn't work.

Quick Resolution

The car we initially bought had a defect and was not functional so I messaged the warranty people and they responded quickly. They reviewed the problem and quickly recognized the problem could not be fixed. They then told me they would send a new unit immediately. The new car arrived within 36 hours! I'm amazed. I very much appreciate the good customer service and quick resolution of the problem.
