If the item you’d like to order is out of stock, please email us at support@bezgar.com and we will inform you when it will be in stock again. 

All orders are processed within 24 hours after they are placed. Usually, we are able to ship orders the next day. Weekend orders are shipped on the following Monday. You will receive a shipping confirmation email from our system when the shipping information has been uploaded.

We will process the refund for you within 24 hours after receiving the returned items, and the refund will come to your account according to your original payment method. Usually, the refund will be back to your account within 2 working days.
