The car arrived in good condition and appears well built. I have yet to take it out for a bash because of below freezing temperatures outside. I worked with customer service to address a minor issue, and they were great. They resolved it quickly and to my satisfaction. I’ll gladly buy another Bezgar RC when I’m in the market for another car.

I purchased this Bezgar truck on 1/28/2022. Its a great little truck. VERY fast, and pretty durable too. I've had a lot of fun using it. Piece of advice...if you order one, MAKE SURE the nuts that hold the wheels on are tight. Check them again each time or at least every few times you use it. Within about an hour of using it, one of the tires fell off. It lost the nut and washer, before the wheel came off of the axle and I was unable to find them. I contacted the seller and within 24 hours I had a response, within another 24 hours I received a reply that they were sending parts. Less than a week later I received a small kit of spare parts. AMAZING and fast customer service. I've been using it pretty consistently and since I last tightened the wheel nuts, (two weeks ago) they have not come loose. Love it, and love the customer service!!!!!

The car super easy to get set up. It’s super fast and the controller is very responsive. I love all the adjustments the controller has for speed and steering sensitivity. The car is very durable. I have the warranty for my car and I broke a shock. And the customer service went above and beyond because the individual shocks for my car were out of stock. So they rewarded me with a full accessory pack. Would highly recommend this product.
