Shipping Delay Notice
Dear Customers,
As we approach the Lunar New Year holiday, we would like to inform you of temporary changes to our shipping schedule:
- From January 22nd to February 4th, orders for RC parts and accessories will be processed and shipped starting February 5.
- Orders for RC cars, boats, airplanes, and other RC models will be processed and shipped as usual without any delays.
All of our RC products are shipped from warehouses located in the United States, ensuring prompt delivery. However, please note that RC Parts and Accessories are shipped from the factories in China. This may extend the shipping time, depending on your location.
Order processing times
All orders will be processed within 24 hours after they are placed. Normally, we can ship orders the next day. If the orders are placed on the weekends or holidays, the processing time might have a slight delay, but we will try our best to proceed with every order as soon as we can. Once your orders are shipped out, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from our system when the shipping information has been uploaded.
